Generates quiz questions from the outline's speeches and appends them as quiz drafts. Run it after
Generate a script — questions are derived from the speech text, so
an outline with chapters but no speeches has nothing to work from.
quizSettings sent here overrides the outline's persisted settings for this call only; to
change them durably, use Update an outline.
