Replaces the questions on the named quiz drafts. Use it when a generated question is wrong, off
-topic, or duplicates another — rather than regenerating the whole quiz set.
Pass the draft id values from Retrieve an outline as draftIds.
avoidDuplicateTopics defaults to true, which steers the model away from topics already covered
by the questions you are keeping. Set it to false if you deliberately want several questions on
the same point.
